Given my last trip, I promised that by 8pm there would be Salmonflies everywhere and Mike and Bill would experience the “Big Bug Hatch”. The wind picked up, the temps dropped and it did not happen. DAMN. At least they caught some whoppers on dry flies out of the drift boat. Its great fun throwing big dries under the trees and against the bank. Looking for the big hunters like this summer steelhead!
