A nice weekend on the Klamath. It was not easy fishing but we got it done. My donation to Cal Trout.

Cal Trout’s Gala is this May and I urge all my readers and clients to attend and show support to Cal Trout. The auction is a great way to get yourself a fabulous trip while supporting Cal Trout and giving back to our waters. This past weekend, myself, three other guides, a chef, a sommelier and the Klamathon Lodge gave a great trip to a great group of guys from Southern California who where ardent Cal Trout Supporters. Here is the new Executive Director of Cal Trout, Jeff Thompson. One hell of a nice guy and dedicated keeper of the streams. I give him two thumbs up. It was a pleasure to get him into a few Klamath Steelhead.
