At Wild Waters Fly Fishing we pride ourselves in operating a year-round professional team of full-time fishing guides, and office staff.  When scheduling a fishing trip with us, we ask that you avoid rescheduling/canceling your fishing trips.  Below is our booking and cancellation policies. These policies reflect the rights of Wild Waters Fly Fishing and applies to all of our clients.  We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise beyond your control, so we believe in a fair approach to cancellations. Our cancellation policy provides protection for the livelihoods of our guides and staff in the event that a scheduled work day is cancelled or rescheduled.

Dangerous Weather Policy.

If the weather on the date of the trip is dangerous, which includes but not limited to, thunder, heavy lightening, dangerous water levels or other hazardous circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule your trip. In the case of a Top Shelf Trip. Wild Waters Fly Fishing must cover the cost of our lost expenses. *Rain is NOT CONSIDERED dangerous weather.

Brown Water and Blown Rivers Policy.

Due to decades of abuse our Western rivers are suspect to blowing out and becoming un-fishable during storm cycles. Only a Wild Waters Guide or representative can make the call of what is “un-fishable”. Because of this likelihood our profession demands a large range of rivers and watersheds to pick from. Wild Waters regularly guide every river between the Umpqua River in Oregon to the Eel River in Northern California and expect that a booked day of fishing results in a day on the water. If a reasonable alternative plan exist we expect that flexibility over a cancellation or rescheduling.
