Another fantastic trip on the McCloud River with a great group of young men and their fathers. The bite was on with all sizes of fish being caught. All four guides praised different flies but I had a moment with the Freestyle Walker Golden Stone that made me a believer. A family of otters joyfully disrupting our fishing, bears making us choose different trails and rattlesnakes making the guide scream adds to the experience in the wild. These guys became fisherman.
