Trout Season is open and the McCloud River welcomed us with some great fishing.  It was really cool to be back out on the river that we love so much.  This annual outing is something we look forward to every year.  Thanks so much for having us guys!!!

Some days we work hard for one fish. Other days they practically swim into our net. Ryan and I can’t really complain about our outing…

Steelhead fishing in Southern Oregon has been pretty fun this last week, with fowl weather and high flows bringing in some fish. It hasn’t been easy by any means but we have been finding them. Check out this great collection of photos from the week.

The upper stretches of the Rogue is always a good place to hunt for a nice winter fish. Overall the fishing was a bit slow, but some days its all about a few nice fish like this hen. Plan a trip as soon as we see some rain. The best is yet to come.
