The Rogue River is seeing some good winter steelhead fishing. We have been putting in some days on the Shady Cove stretch. Some nice steelhead are being caught under the indicator as well as on the swung fly. Most of our trips are incorporating both techniques. With crystal clear water we are excited about this storm system to perhaps put just enough color to improve our chances on the swung fly. This is perhaps the best bet for your winter fishing trip.
